I had an enjoyable stay at Shelbourne House, with warm hospitality from Sue and beautifully decorated rooms. The location was ideal, just a short stroll to the center of Harrogate. However, I did find the stairs to the top floor a bit challenging with my luggage, which could be tough for anyone with mobility issues.
